Summer tyres - optimal grip guaranteed!
On dry roads or mild weather, your tyres have to face some increased demands and must always meet safety standards. Compared to winter tyres, the rubber mixture of the summer tyres is harder, even in high temperatures. Default rolling resistance and wear are smaller, resulting in a greater lifespan, comfort and increased stability. Choose now from our offer your summer tyres at an affordable price. Our portfolio includes a wide range of tyre brands

Identify the size of your tyre
The exact dimensions of a tyre can be found on the sidewall printed mark. The graphic shows how to read properties and dimensions of the tyre:

/
SPEED INDEX:
The speed index indicates the maximum speed intended for the tyre. Up to this value, the manufacturer guarantees optimum operation with the appropriate tyre pressure. The maximum speed allowed for this vehicle is given in the vehicle owner's manual; this information can be used to select the appropriate speed index for the tyre. The speed index is the last mark on the sidewall of the tyre.

Load Index
Permissible maximum axle load per tyre in kg. To be found in the registration certificate or vehicle registration document or read directly from the tyre (two-digit number). It is permitted to fit a tyre with a higher load index.

Driving safety despite puncture
Runflat tyres are puncture-resistant tyres with reinforced sidewalls. This creates the so-called run-flat property. In the event of damage, this allows the vehicle to continue driving up to a distance of approx. 100 km (and even beyond depending on the product) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h, even if the pressure has been completely lost. Run-flat tyres even prevent the tyre rubber from jumping off the rim in the event of a loss of air pressure. A flat tyre is therefore still a flat tyre, but it loses some of its drama. Note: All run-flat tyres are marked with the symbol "RSC" (Runflat System Component) and may only be fitted in vehicles with a functioning air pressure control system!

Tyres with increased load capacity
Reinforced tyres are designed for higher loads than normal tyres. They can be identified by the designation 'RF' (reinforced) or also 'XL' or 'Extra Load'. They are used on vans, minibuses, off-road vehicles, etc. However, their mounting alone does not automatically result in higher load capacity but also requires a correspondingly higher air pressure. Furthermore, the load capacity index specified in the vehicle documents continues to apply.

Tyres with extra high load capacity
The "C" in the term C tyres stands for "commercial". These tyres are specially designed for commercial vehicles. These can be, for example, lighter trucks, delivery vans, flatbed trucks or panel vans. In other words: vehicles that have to move higher loads at a comparatively lower speed. The multi-ply reinforced C tyres are therefore even more load-bearing than reinforced tyres.

Mobility-optimised tyres
A tyre with a sealing layer on the opposite side of the tyre tread. In the event of a puncture (e.g. by a nail), this layer blocks any loss of air, even if the foreign body causing the puncture is still in the tyre. It is not necessary to stop or change the tyres immediately at the roadside.

Tyres optimised for electric vehicles.
Tyre developed for electric vehicles. These tyres can also be used without hesitation on vehicles with other drive systems.

Original equipment quality: optimum adjustment to the vehicle
Tyres with a special OEM marking on the sidewall, e.g. "MO" for Mercedes-Benz, were developed in cooperation with a specific car manufacturer and the tyre industry. These tyres have been homologated by the vehicle manufacturer and are a perfect match for a specific model. They have been specially designed to highlight or further improve the performance characteristics of the car in question, thus representing the culmination of a state-of-the-art fine-tuning process that perfectly complements the latest technological developments in the automotive industry. Tyres with manufacturer's markings can of course also be used on other vehicles.

I have tried virtually every chinese built tyre over the years on my classic mini and they dont last more than 5000 miles. The rubber compound is too soft, I get through at least one set of tyres a year. They were cheap but are now getting more expensive. Tyres from mytyres are shipped from germany, not oxford, and mine took 6 weeks to arrive...

I thought about trying to get a refund. They make a terrible rumbling noise is one or two psi off optimum. Never had a tyre do that before.

It's not a fast car so you push it round corners, I've got them on the back so more to do with floating. Dry/wet work well, when pushed you feel the blocks moving about so you know the limit, haven't pushed over that, tend to get small stones stuck in tread but never cause a prob, would I buy again, well yes.

195 65 R15 Summer Tyres - Lively Through the Summer

Summer tyres in the 195 65 R15 size are among the established dimensions, offered for many standard series. With a moderate width of 195 mm, 65% profile and the diameter of 15 inches, the tyres are used primarily in small cars and compact and mid-range vehicles. The 195 65 R15 summer tyres are offered by various manufacturers in the trade.

The marking ""195 65 R 15"" can be found on the side of car tyres and describes the respective dimensions and characteristics. The basis for this is ECE Regulation 30 (""Tyres for motor vehicles and trailers""). The ECE regulations are internationally valid regulations for motor vehicles originating from the Economic Commission for Europe at the United Nations.

Tyres that Bring Best Vehicle Performance

With the size 195 58 R15 as a summer tyre, consumers find a middle ground between a wide and a narrower car tyre. This dimension supports a sporty as well as quiet driving style. Vehicle models from BMW (1 Series), Audi (A3), Fiat (Bravo), Honda (Civic), etc. can be brought up to their performance limits in a controlled manner, without being exposed to any significant danger in road traffic. The speed index of the different models varies between manufacturers. While Michelin's tyre models have the index H (up to 130 mph), the Vredestein tyres allow a top speed of up to 150 mph (V).

According to the season, the tyres have to meet specific requirements. Summer tyres serve to drive in the warmer months. They provide an excellent grip both on dry and wet roads. Winter tyres, on the other hand, are specially designed for driving on surfaces covered with snow and slush. Depending on the season, you should fit the appropriate type of tyre.

Balanced Tyres with Good Value for the Money

Overall, the 195 58 R15 summer tyres are well-balanced tyres with good value for the money. Tirendo.co.uk online shop facilitates the selection of new summer tyres in this dimension starting from budget, to mid-range and premium tyres. The products are available individually as well as in sets. If you wish to have an eye-catching car, choose a set from our complete wheel, and tyre package offer the best looking match for your vehicle.
