Comment:
Got two fitted to rear in Summer. Very solid through heavy wet roads. During November got the front changed and immediately noticed that in the colder road temps the Cooper Zeon XTC's, which are very nice in the Summer btw, were beginning to let go in those temps and in the cold wet roads especially. Snow performance was much more then expected. Ice performance may be worse then full Winters but for the Irish winter we had they performed excellently. Purposely tried to get stuck in 8 inches of fresh snow and couldn't. ABS rarely came. Traction on setting off was excellent, helped by heavy diesel engine I assume, cornering was confident. In the snow these can not make you go much faster but they can give assured confidence on the road. Possibly letting in more tyre noise in the car but I think that may be a general complaint about the car. Looking forward to the Summer with the H730's on the front as well as the back.
