This tyre is ab fab for grip in snow. The car was shod with four in June this year, and has been driven in all conditions since. I have kept motorway speeds down, to limit wear, and there is no visible wear so far. (The speed rating is surprisingly high for a winter tyre, though!) The slightly coarse feel in normal driving does not bother me, in fact it feels like good feedback from the road. This is a strong tyre which can take hard knocks!
