Result: Would you buy again? Definitely
Comment:
I bought them late into the winter season, but was able to try them in a good amount of snow. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. I simply could not believe how good the traction was with them. I could start, stop and turn on them much better than anything I have ever used before. Even on ice. There is a hill nearby which gets icy when the snow is compacted, and usually, if I had to stop, I would actually slide back down backwards with the front wheels spinning. With the CrossClimate+, I pulled away perfectly well.
Yet, these are classed as a summer tire. Unbelievable.
Driving in dry roads is much the same thing. Way more grip than I have ever experienced on a tire before. I have never bought "budget" tires, always premium branded ones, and these are by far the best I have had.
Quiet, no noticeable effect on fuel usage, and no sign of any wear anywhere, and I do not drive like a Vicar.
I have just come back to this page after clicking next, to go to the feedback page. I am dumbfounded that a survey on tires has sections with braking spelled breaking? I mean, seriously? How did nobody pick up on that gem of a mistake? I am having second thoughts on even posting my review, because if spelling mistakes like that are made, it makes me wonder what other amateur stuff goes on behind the scenes.
Will you please rectify the mistakes, changing breaking (I still can't believe it) to braking?
